What is a pre-order?
At times, our popular items sell out before new stock arrives at our fulfillment center. In such cases, we offer pre-orders so you can reserve your product. The date in brackets next to the product name indicates when the stock is expected to arrive. Once it reaches our warehouse, we’ll ship all pre-orders on the specified date.
How does shipping and delivery work?
After placing your order, our team carefully packs your items within 72 hours. Orders are shipped only when all items, including pre-orders, are ready. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details—note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear. If your order includes a pre-order item, delivery will occur 2–5 business days from its specified "sent" date. For any delays beyond eight business days, contact us, and we’ll assist you. Please note: if you opt for "leave in a safe place," we cannot be held responsible for missing packages.
How do I track my order?
Exciting news—your order is on the way! We’ll email you a shipping confirmation with a ‘Track Order’ button for real-time updates. Haven’t received this email yet? Your order might still be on pre-order; check your original order confirmation for details.
What is insured shipping?
Mistakes can happen, but we’ve got you covered! Insured shipping protects your package in case of loss or theft. If your insured package is confirmed missing, we’ll send a replacement immediately. Without insured shipping, we can’t guarantee replacements for stolen items.
